Manisha Kotian is a highly experienced Cincinnati lawyer who was recently sworn in as a Magistrate in Hamilton County, Ohio. Her legal career spans over 30 years, and she has worked closely with organizations such as Legal Aide Society of Greater Cincinnati and the Public Defender's Office representing children of abuse and neglect. She is a trained mediator and has been mediating for over 25 years.

In addition to her legal experience, she was the owner of Tri-State Concrete Construction, a union based, heavy highway concrete company from 2004-2024.

Manisha has previously served on a task force for race relations and is well respected in the legal community, specifically the Domestic Relations Court community. Manisha is a lifelong resident of the Greater Cincinnati area and currently lives in Sycamore Township with her Husband and 3 children.
